Every Book Tells a Story

In Klamath Falls, Oregon, when a new store opens, lots of people will turn out to see something different. It’s not that there is nothing else to do in our beautiful city, it is that people are curious and like novel activities. More than likely, they either know the family that owns or operates the business or they have a friend who does. Small towns seem ready to support anyone who is making the community more vibrant and a better place to live.

National chain bookstores have come and gone over the past several years in our town. So it was with great anticipation that a new, used bookstore owned and operated by a longstanding and well-liked family opened. They had a number of reasons that they wanted to create a business, some personal and some financial. However, once you set foot in their store, you know that you are welcome and very much appreciated just for being there.
Some call it a vibe when a place has an air about it that makes you want to explore and imagine and think about people, places and things that you rarely stop long enough to consider. In this bookstore, you can immerse yourself in any world you may choose. It is an exhilarating experience when you browse the aisles and let your mind wander and feel the excitement of new ideas.

For today’s gift, I wrote a review on Yelp.com because I wanted others to know how much they may enjoy visiting this bookstore, so they can learn how every book tells a story.
In Giving,

Robin
