When I was
a kid almost every dentist and doctors’ office waiting room had a copy of
Highlights Magazine. It took some of the sting out of a shot and made getting a
tooth filled more tolerable. While I waited for the nurse to call me, I worked games
and puzzles in the monthly magazine. Recently, when I was in my doctor’s office,
I noticed the magazines were outdated. So, I decided to help them out.
Today’s
gift was to leave my magazines in the waiting room of my doctor’s office. Maybe
it will make someone’s waiting go by just a little bit faster.
